As a follow-up to our recent communication regarding the White House’s announcement on
global tariffs, we want to keep you informed of the actions Continental Battery Systems is taking
to align with the most recent updates issued yesterday.
We continue to see evolving impacts across key product categories, particularly batteries. In
response, we are adjusting our pricing and these changes will be embedded into the unit pricing,
as previously communicated, to ensure transparency and ease of use for your team.
Importantly, our focus remains on minimizing disruption and maintaining a high level of service.
We are actively working with our supply chain partners and leveraging our domestic
relationships and inventory strength to help offset impact wherever possible.
This remains a fluid situation, and we will continue to monitor updates closely. As additional
changes occur, we are committed to communicating clearly and keeping you informed every step
of the way.

On Wednesday, April 2nd, 2025, the White House announced a new round of global tariffs, which are now in effect. These developments are already impacting product cost across several key product categories, including batteries.
At Continental Battery Systems, we are doing everything possible to minimize the impact on your business. This includes optimizing our supply chain, strengthening domestic partnerships, and maintaining robust inventory levels to ensure continued product availability.
That said, these newly implemented tariffs are outside of our control and are having a significant effect on our costs. As a result, we will be implementing a price adjustment to reflect these changes.
To keep things clear and streamlined, these adjustments will be embedded directly into the unit price of each item rather than listed as a separate line item. Due to the speed and volatility of this situation, we may continue to make necessary adjustments as tariff conditions evolve.
Your updated price list, reflecting the new tariff-related pricing, will be available on April 7, 2025, and will take immediate effect.
