All returned products must be in an unused and saleable condition with original packaging, documentation, accessories and UPC codes if applicable. All return orders are subject to inspection. No refund will be issued for any item that is not in an unused and saleable condition, is damaged, is missing parts for reasons not due to our error or if you do not follow our return instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receipt of your return, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Return Instructions
To make a return:
Bring your ordered item to any of our locations along with your order confirmation email or proof of purchase. A team member will assist you in processing the return. Depending on the condition of the item and nature of the return, we will offer a refund or exchange.
