Order Processing Times
We strive to fulfill all orders on the same day they are placed. However, processing times may vary based on order volume and availability. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to prepare your order as quickly as possible.
Pickup Instructions
Once you receive an email notifying you that your order is Ready for Pickup, you may proceed to the store. Please have your email confirmation ready to show to a team member upon arrival. Our team will assist with any additional processing needed for your order, including handling cores, if applicable.
Order Holding Time
Orders not picked up within 72 hours will be refunded to the original payment method. If you still wish to purchase the items, you will need to place a new order online or directly at the store location.
